Sally spent 9 years in the Rail industry before joining C2E consulting in 2012. Of significance in those years she took a lead role in the setting up and running of behavioural and capability assessments for contractor selection and then in building and maintaining high performance collaborative relationships between client and contractor following contract award. She has also delivered a behavioural assessment selection programme leading to the recruitment of a major programme of over 200 high-performance people.
As a qualified psychologist and experienced coach Sally is equally comfortable working with individuals and teams at all levels. She is skilled and experienced in working client-side, contractor side, and in client-contractor relationships.
Sally has a highly engaging and friendly approach and is valued by our clients for her ability to improve behavioural and delivery performance using a focused, assertive, honest and empathic approach. She has also deployed our high-performance team development programme for those who are already in post.
Sally is trained as an EFQM assessor carrying out assessments for UK Excellence Awards through the British Quality Foundation. She has facilitated a variety of process and performance enhancement workshops and has successfully delivered many team building workshops and events.
Sally's substantial experience has been gained through her involvement on the following projects: Crossrail, Network Rail (Thameslink Programme, Kings Cross Station Redevelopment, National Centre Project and Investment Projects (Southern); EDF New Nuclear Build (Hinkley Point C).
