David has over 17 years’ experience focused on operating model and organisation design, change management and HR advisory; with a proven track record of working successfully within industry and consulting firms (Big 4). This includes:
• Working with senior client stakeholders to understand the organisational implications of strategy from a people perspective, and to identify the capabilities and structures required across a business to improve operational performance and reduce cost
• Leading large complex transformation programmes across a number of industry groups, i.e. Aerospace, Financial Services, Telecoms, Energy & Utilities and Public Sector (Central Government)
• Building and leading the European Talent Transformation practice at a major consulting firm
Currently David is working on a Major Infrastructure Programme to build a high performing integrated leadership team and establish collaborative, trust-based relationships with international supply-chain partners to minimise waste and leverage relationships for innovation and improvement.
