Building high performance, integrated teams
After joining C2E in 2015, Ben has worked on a number of large infrastructure projects, developing high performance teams in multidisciplinary and highly pressured delivery environments. Ben has delivered organisational and behavioural change with tailored interventions at Leadership Team, senior management and operational level. Ben has an extremely successful track record over his time with C2E with his involvement in major projects. He has undertaken the role of Collaboration Lead on the Hinkley Point C project, where he specialised in building successful relationships across design and delivery disciplines and across international cultures. He has also been embedded in the Sellafield Box Encapsulation Project - one of the most important projects in the UK – where he has facilitated relationships and delivery performance across Design, Procurement and Construction.
Ben started his consultancy career working for a ‘Top 5’ public practice firm, and spent almost 15 years advising business leaders, executive and project teams, and NEDs on business improvement and change. During this period, Ben achieved a MBA from a Global Top 50 business school, obtained further qualifications in the areas of Finance and Risk and developed expertise in process management and improvement. More recently, Ben has also undertaken specialist training in the areas of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Executive Coaching.
Like all C2E people Ben is an accomplished facilitator, and has delivered many bespoke workshops, training and meetings with large specialist project teams including Engineering, Construction and Quality.
