Leadership Strengths Inventory

  • Identifies strengths and areas for improvement in capability to lead transformation (360- degree assessment)

Behavioural Assessment

  • Identifies colleagues’ perception of your attitudes and behaviours in the workplace (360- degree assessment)

Climate Assessment

  • Measures the culture in the team (can be stand-alone of project (client-contractor) delivery team (all team member participate, anonymous)
